Master 1632 Almost Canada, WA | Subject: RE: Team #2 - August 4 is More Challenge Hey Everyone! I am back from my birthday trip to Kauai and must say we had a great time. I ate lots of bday cake and now need to get back to my good ole eating habits and will be doing so with the help of a few challenges!! I am so close to my goals for this month that I can taste it and while I know I will meet my strength and running goals (bike is already met), the pool is not helping my swim goals. I guess it's a good thing I went low on those to begin with. Anyway, the pool has been closed due to "defication" and it "might" be open tomorrow. If not, I just might have to suck it up and go face the big bad reef in the OW! |

I will give everyone until 12:00pm (EST) Tuesday September 1 to get your training put in the spreadsheet and then the results will be announced afterwards. As a reminder if you have 4 events selected and are at 100% minimum in all 4 you will be allowed over 100% up to 110% total to help your team out. If you only selected 3 or less then shoot for 100% and help your team that way. I will manually change the spreadsheets to equal those numbers after 12:00pm time. Everyone have a great weekend - train your hardest and congrats on completing the challenge! Thanks again Bill for stepping in for Dee and running this challenge! Appreciate your help in keeping all of us focused and training each day!!! u da best! |

Expert 1117 Shalimar, FL | Subject: RE: Team #2 - August 4 is More Challenge I got my bike ride in this afternoon -- yay! That means I'm at 100% for swimming, biking, and running this month. Does that mean I can coast through the weekend? I'm excited to start my half marathon training on Monday too. My half isn't until Nov 21st, so I'm going to start with week 1. But... I'm probably going to do more distance on the LSD day than what it says for the early weeks. Go Hal's gals! |
