And the Entemans Devil's food cake with the marshmallow icing was da BOMB. Alas, i no longer eat those things, but let me tell you, when i go food shopping i sit and stare at them sometimes. After struggling to lose weight for years and finally dropping 20 pounds this year, I usually have to pass on all of it as well. Sigh. But the 100 calorie packs help. I can eat three little cupcakes and it's not terrible. Of course if I get drunk and eat 6-8 packages that's another story! Well, THERE'S where the weight gain comes from - that AL KEE HAWL! TOPPAGE! Me too! I didn't think anyone else ate pie dough. I love all of it. And batter too, like brownies. Yum... I have a really good recipe for pie crust (my moms) it tastes alot like a cross between short bread cookie and sugar cookie, needless to say the dough it GREAT, and I usually have to increase the recipe because of me sneaking pieces while I roll it out.

So I'm having a homemade smoothie 1 Cup Strawberry Yogurt, 1 Banana, half a cup of blue berries. Yum, Yum. So now that we're eating lunch, what's everyone thinking about for dinner. Think we're going to try a new recipe for homemade chili mac-sounds like the hamburger helper thing. Should be yum. I'm debating - last night I made low fat chicken Alfredo it was YUMMY! I had planned on making a new recipie for a sort of roasted chicken thingy - but I'm kind of burned out on chicken, so I may make turkey rubens (cuz turkey is so much different than chicken) but..........i really need to use the chicken breasts and soon or they will go bad - i guess i could freeze them for a rainy day........ what to do?!! I always end up freezing my chicken. I fear salmanilla like you wouldn't believe! But if you want to try a new chicken, try this sometime. I swear it's the best way I've ever eaten a chicken breast and it takes zero time to prepare. It tastes like it should be bad for you, but it's super healthy. Yum! cool! I'l have to give it a try |

My Mom and the guy that was referred to as my father (long story of why I call him that, but I digress) were Jack Spratt and his wife that could eat no lean. Born and raised in the Midwest, I got the old man's side of the family trait, didn't drink (much at all, if any, TRULY!), so that's why I'm no Clydes. |

But your way does pad the post count ) She got TOPPAGE! (see I knew it wouldn’t take long )Chris (Chrisrunzs26)- checked in to report that she is headed out to lay some tile, I too think that should count as an upper body workout - Stacie (Dimplespoo)- has a super busy day on tap, and is planning a run - Magda (Eurydice79) – Dropped in with a Holy moly how on earth am I going to keep up with this thread??? LOL . She too is a fan of compression tights, and despite being bitten on the elbow by a dog wearing a muzzle (not the azz Phil ). She is truly a dedicated Freak and made it through 18 pages – Impressive!!!Phil (1stTimeTri)- finished up his weekend by cracking open a bottle of Prairie Fume (foo may) wine from a local winery – he and wifey kicked back and celebrated the completion of her merger migration – and he also raised a toast to Kristin in honor of her sweet run and to the rest of us Freaks, just because he’s a giver like that Turns out wifey found out about the new Garmin and he’s still in one piece – whew! Despite the fact that Phil was rude. I deserve a spanking. Yes. I should be spanked and be told to play nice with others. got an offer for cuddles and Melon Presses Jenn (Jenni4) – took the weekend off and came back to 24 new pages! She jumped right into the ‘what’s for lunch’ chatter without missing a beat, and took the conversation to ‘what’s for dinner’ Cat (kaqphin) – is looking for a way to keep 13 women motivated for triathlon, she’s organizing a tri group and she hosted the first meeting yesterday. She’s getting a great response and it is going to be a great success! Beth (lastcall2003)- explained the finer points of Fantasy Football, she’s hoping to defend her first place position in the league, but as of right now, it’s not looking good . Kristin (LazyMarathoner) – slept in her new compression tights for recovery, we’re still waiting for pics – cuz TTIWWOP! (This Thread Is Worthless Without Pictures ) Although she frequently takes self photos with the crack for her blog and stuff,……she really prefers posting from a ‘proper’ laptop – her favorite junk food is going 100 calorie - http://www.cnn.com/2008/US/11/03/twinkies.100calories.ap/index.html Kendra (Pipscweek) – is one happy lady – There is snow on top of the mountains! Rudy (Rudedog55) – can explain what a Melon Press is (and no, he was not the one that gave Phil a Melon Press – just thought I’d clear that up for you guys ). It was looking like he needed a refresher on how to increase his post count –he realized the error of his ways BWAHHAHAHA i should have made this 5 posts, what is wrong with me?? and is back on track! Andy (RevBigDog)- stopped by to say hello - he updated his sig line (whew! I was askeered of the clown ) He is now Andy, PT FREEEEEEEEEAAAK reporting for November duty! I love it!Ted (TeddieMao)- hit us with a quick drive by to get the team table posted – I think we may have scared him away…………. :/. He is a bit under the weather, stop by his blog and send him some get well mojo! Travis (tlnewman)- started off the day off right, with some Monday morning BOTTOMPAGE followed right by TOPPAGE – and the day will only get better because he is off duty and can have a beer or more when he gets home tonight Yanti (Triaya)- Stopped by for a quick midnight peep at the posting – she’ll be commuting and getting her sessions in David (Wraith28k)- he hasn’t stopped by to say hi – so I think we should all leave him an inspire so he comes out to play . other topics:
