Afterall, even I lost a belt at a bar in college, and I'm a good little southern belle. ok, so here's a funny story about losing clothes when I was in college..........................i had gained a bunch of weight, lost a bunch of weight (yes this is relevant) soooooo, the elastic in my half slip was all stretched out, being a poor college student, I decided to tuck the slip into the top of my pantyhose rather than incurring the expense of a new slip. well, as I was walking on campus, feeling very sexy in my cute little outfit - all dressed up (for the life of me I cannot remember why I was dressed up) anyway, I'm walking along - and all of the sudden, I feel something tickling my knees, then my calves, I look down {very puzzled look on my face} and realize that my slip is falling off of me (keep in mind, I am in the middle of campus) my thought process is something like this - hmmmmmm, I have two choices
soooooo, i kept on walking until the slip dropped to the ground, stepped over it and never looked back LMAO!!!!! |

Also massage/roll it on a ball, bottle or small weight to release any knots you may have. I did it yesterday and my foot immediately felt better (I have PF). Wow so many people with PF! kind of makes me feel better about it On the plus side my knee hasnt plyed up for a few weeks... hooray! You can add me as another PF person. Have been dealing with it for over 10 years now. It's a beach getting older. |

It's designed to teach instructors for aerobics classes. Man, I haven't worked that hard in a class (or video) in a long time and I take some hard azz classes! A grand total of 8 sets of pushups spread throughout, monster lunges, plank series. ..And it lives up to the title, the only thing sed is a towel. It's a seriously hardcore workout but it didn't leave me wiped out, just knew I had worked is all. Now about that little black dress thing...The last 2 functions I went to I wore a black lace turtleneck with a different lace skirt (black lace over cream) and got monsterous compliments. People thought I had some expensive dress on and it was definitely a steal hmm sounds good!!!! the dress ad the DVD glad to be of assistance here... gee, spokes didn't react to the heels and black hose. I must have lost my touch tonight dont' worry, he probably just hasn't made it that far, oh and WE WANT PICS!!!!! |
