Ive had it for almost a year now... and run all my challenges with it... I dont think people would recognise me for awhile if I changed it... they wouldn't I know it took me a while to get used to Mila's tree in December

I sat out this months challenge and I was really glad I did... its allowed me to reassess my goals... Im running this one more out of the joy of running it (I forget about the stressful setting up part after a few months) rather than setting any major goals for myself... |

Oh, now that the weather's getting nicer, it's time to start working my dog into my runs (she's got weight to lose too). Have you ever found a light but strong leash that you could recommend? I ran with her chain leash the other day (and her too), and that thing is heavy!!! What kind of doggie? How heavy? There are some good threads on running with doggies--definitely get the vet's okay first, and ease 'er in. 1/2 in. leather leash. 1/4 in. is fine for small-medium OR extremely well-trained bigger dogs, if you're going for lightness. |

I should probably meet her first!!! One of the BT guys designed me this one when I was the fastest girl in the TT last april/May so.... I guess i can just ask him but I havent seen him around for AGES! |
