tlnewman30 - 2008-11-17 10:45 AM Popping in to say hi.

Hi Travis! How was your weekend?

It's was good.  Mostly stayed home and relaxed, it was nice.

Sounds good to me... I would like a weeknd like that... but I need the 'man of the house' to actually leavei t sometime for thatto be possible...

I dont understand how anyone can spend the ENTIRE weekend, EVERY weekend inside the house infront of either a computer screen or a tv screen without actually going outdoors for 2.5 days...

Can any one tell Im over sharing??? (again)

Oh wow. How can anyone do that??? I would feel like I'd wasted my weekend!

Exactly - I just dont get it... I also dont get how by one in the afternoon I can have been up, had a workout, been to the shops and done the grocery shopping and be home again and he is just getting out of bed...

Does he contribute to groceries, house cleaning etc?

He is a clean freak compared to me although is clean freakiness goes in bursts rather than consistent day in day out stuff - I do most of the food stuff but cant leave it up to him or we would probably be eating McDonalds 7 days a week!

(Toppage before i get in trouble with Beth

I'm in the process of putting up my RR from the weekend, overall I was happy with my performance. I am sooo tired and sore this morning, I've given swim squad a miss!

Way to go - and i think you have deserved a morning off - recovery is VERY important!

Yeah I am trying to do the recovery thing properly. I find that I am much more tuned into my body than I used to be. Its still difficult to know how much to push things, without doing too much or not enough!!! I have a 53k bike race/ride this weekend as well so I prolly shouldn't push too hard this week.

I would say recovery is it this week! No training as such just getting moving a bit to keep things ticking over!
