my entire family is from Michigan.. I'm the only one born in NY.. So I inherited the Red Wings and all Michigan college teams.. luckily not the Lions (no offense)


No offense taken.   Half my family is in NY.  Can't belive I left out the Wings.  Probably still hurting from Friday night.


ugh.. that was an awful loss, we didn't show up until the 3rd period for some reason!


I was so hopeing we would tie it up in the end.

i dont have them very often though... most mornings I have a bowl of multigrain cherios with some blueberries on top

Oatmeal in almond milk with blueberries and cinnamon.  I put it all together the night before and just let it sit in the fridge over night.  Yummy

Nope thats what I eat every morning.  It is good and quick and holds me for awhile.  I love it.   Some times I'll throw a little granola or cherrios crunch or fiber one on top too in the AM just to have a little crunch.
