Well, the Folsom swim center is open daily from 11-1 for lap swim. I'll go up there next Friday and do the frickin' 2300 and be done with it. It'll take me about two hours as slow as I swim... Um. But. *sigh* Somehow, I don't think that's how the Challenges are supposed to work............... |

My Dark Master said after the marathon to only do "fun, unstructured workouts and light short runs" for two weeks after the race. So... I can do what I want. Well swimming is good recovery AND.... a month is longer than 2 weeks :p |
