Well I survived my first tri, with only Family drama post race clouding my day.  I will compile our week 2 list and get it to Shawn by the morning.

YAY ON FINISHING!!! Congrats! Too bad about the post-race drama, though - I had a bit of that at mine, too, but I refused to allow it to reach me up on cloud nine.

Sounds like everyone is having kind of a downer month. Hope the September blues aren't too bad.

And yes, cold weather running. *sigh* Been getting down into the 30s at night, and I generally run right when I get home from work (7:30-8ish am), so it hasn't warmed up yet. Then again, when I left for work tonight, it was 70 freakin degrees! Yikes! Still, fall is my absolute favorite time of year, and I love the cold and warm spells. Yay!

GoooOOOO Nads!

Sorry I haven't been active in the thread gang. Life has been kind of crazy this month between working long hours and dealing with PT for the shoulder. I'm still plugging away at my goal though. :)

Hey Danny!! Good to "see" you as well. :)

How are all the Nads doing? I completely flaked a run today, just totally forgot about it until I was already half-asleep in bed. Oops! Oh well, hopefully I'll have an awesome run in the morning and hit 100% for the challenge!

Hi Everyone!

We are at the end of week 4.  Here's the plan for wrapping up the challenge.

1) We will report numbers this weekend the same way we have so far.  Get your numbers logged by Saturday and Team captains will send me results on Sunday.

2) Standings will be posted Monday morning by noon.

3) SUN - TUE will be the last days of our challenge.  Get your numbers posted for those days by Tuesday night.

4) Team captains will send me the results from Sun to Tue on Wednesday.

5) I'll report the final challenge results on Thursday.

Let me know if you have questions.

Good luck to everyone!!

Okay, team!  I have not been able to get the mileage in that I thought I would.  Even setting my goals low didn't help me to accomplish them

I still have 9 miles to run (I think) before tomorrow and it just won't happen.  Too many other things going on that occupy every single minute of my awake minutes ( student teaching, APO, family, job).

Sorry to let everyone down.
