I'm so sorry to hear about all the niggling injuries, and hope that everyone is healing up soon!
As for me, squeaking in on the challenge, down to the wire! I love the way a challenge gets me motivated like nothing else. Thanks for playing!
It is the most amazingly beautiful day possible in Florida in November. You should all be jealous!
Sunny, light breeze, brilliant blue skies, ripe oranges on the tree outside, and 69 degrees!
Tasering challenges are particularly motivating. I don't know why that is, though....
Hm. Either I need to move to Florida, or I need to taser you for living there.
Wait, so you can go outside and pick an orange off the tree? Now I'm especially jealous.
I need to move. To a tropical island. Yeah, that would be nice.

WooHoo, I made it! 100% on the bike, over 100% on core/strength, and barely missing the running. I can't rish the PF to try to make it to 100% on the running but I was able to ez run a 5k today with no PF pain. I will still be taking it easy til next week's 50K and then go as far as I can.
Dee, even tho I was terrified of that dang taser, it definitely kept me focused on the goal. Thank you for organizing the challenge and I would like to meet up with you in the challenge forum some more. Hope I get to see everybody else too!
Ha! I'm always here. Even when you don't see me, I'm lurking nearby. With a taser. Or two. Or three. Or ten.

Woohoo! I yoga'd (yeah, that really doesn't look right) this evening to make up for my complete lack of desire to swim... and that gets me to exactly 100%. No tasering for me!
Thanks for running the challenge. It has definitely made me more active in the past few weeks than I would have been (life has been a bit crazy)..
Yoga. The whole word doesn't look right. And when I try to do it, it REALLY doesn't look right. I don't make a good pretzel.
