Chriscal and Trialittle... those look like great mixes.  I love country and disco and hip-hop and everything in between.

I have to say, I love that JoDee Messina song, "My Give a Damn's Busted."

And I just love TMBG!! I had about 4 different songs of theirs on my CD before I finally decided that it just didn't fit the twang that I had going. And hey - The Devil Went Down to Georgia was so on my CD, but I couldn't find my copy of it....

My Give a Damn's Busted--never heard of it, that's great --I think I'd really like your CD, too, startingtotri.

And Max's....ok, so apparently I just want everyone's CDs. Workout music greed, I'm sure there's a support group out there for me.

OK, so now here's my new dilemma. I have made way too many playlists for this swap. which would you all like?

1) happy happy joy joy (songs to make you feel good about yourself)
2) Bluegrass (fast and furious)
3) disco and dancin (great beats)
4) songs that make me laugh
5) songs for romancin (tunes for amorous workouts)
6) instrumentals with some chant
7) Around the World (world music)

uh, yeah, so I have no life. If I worked out half as much as I planned workouts, I'd be Hollis Badmann or Hollis NewbyFraser....

Yes, please.

5) songs for romancin (tunes for amorous workouts)

Oh, man, my life is so tame. I've never had music for amorous workouts. Now that I think of it, I've never used the words "amorous workout" in the same sentence before.

I have to agree... "amorous" and "workout"? Together? Hmmmm....

But - numbers 1-4 all sound pretty darn awesome.

Whoa! I like Happy happy joy joy (what am I gonna say--I HATE happy happy joy joy?), Bluegrass, Disco and Dancin and World. I am so far from having an amorous workout at this point, it's not even funny.  Actually, maybe I should vote for that one, too, just to add even more incentive.

I should have explained amorous workout...

the idea is you listen to sexy music while working out to remind you that part of why you are working out is that being fit=better sex, better self love, better menatl state, better in touch with your body etc.... I didn;t mean that it was a mix to be listened to WHILE being amorous! On teh other hand, maybe I should try it out and see if it works.

LMAO...you obviously aren't old enough brother! Get past 50 and you start counting EVERYTHING as a workout. Hey, if you're gonna do yourself in, might as well be in bed as out of bed!

Update:
all mixes are made/copied, and I also copied all the play lists for the extra cd's burned, except for max and badgerIM who didn't include them. You will also find my mix which is none of the above promised options. what can I say, I'm fickle like that. I may or may not get to the PO this afternoon, but they will shurely be in the mail tomorrow.

Maybe today. That would help with a Monday.
