Thanks travis for putting this thang together. Mom of 2 girls preK and K. Next summer will be my first tri season. Right now am working on running, not worried to much about the swimming (swam for HS team and in summers at cottage on the lake) REALLY worried about the bike part. Am looking into finding good used (ie cheap) bike trainer rollers or stationary. Going slow and building on the running, have knee issues. Most of my workouts will be running and band/ball workouts. Turkey week will be rough but I WILL NOT (power of positive thinking) let you all down! Don't worry we will keep you going. Plus if we are all really good they may be breif notes to keep us all informed brought to you by Beth. Hopefully anyways. Hi Travis nice to meet ya, thanks I might need a swift kick in the you know what every now and then. Although to be honest, am pretty competative and REALLY won't want to let my team down. It's nice to meet you as well Mel. Don't worry I think there are a few of us that will give you or anybody else a swift kick if needed. I get to break out my steel toed combat boots for motivation. Umm Im probably gonna need motivation... consistency is not my thing... And why do you think I twisted your arm to join the challenge that you twisted my are to coordinate? So what you are saying is....You want to chase me with your steel capped boots? |
