I did a 2-1/2 hour Z2 run today to get a long run in.  A little sore, but glad it's over.

Have a favor to ask, I can't seem to log onto the spreadsheet from mom's computer, can someone update my points for me please.  I should be at 5 for this week.  I will get my point for tomorrow, just from all the mall walking, will try to something else too, but will definantly get in the walking so if its not against the rules too much go ahead and put me down for 6 points.   If thats not alowed will have to wait till sunday, when I can do it.

Whats Black Friday? I am guessing its the day after Thanksgiving I always assoc Black Friday with Fri 13th

So team, I've had quite the productive day! The Christmas pudding has been made and is happily boiling away. Actually, I made so much that I have 2 puddings! I'm expecting about 18 people on Christmas day so hopefully this will be enough to feed them all
