well let the formal intro's happen... I am Rudy, you can call me Dogg, Cat is the only one that calls me Puppy. I am a Clydesdale Racer that has been training since last August, i started at 262 lbs and am currently 232. i had my first race this past weekend and wrote a pretty long and kinda funny race report. I live in Souther Ct and work over in NY. I dont run well and dont swim enough, so my super power will be to swim like aquaman!! It is very nice to meet all you whom i have not met yet!!
You didnt like the intro I wrote for yuo? So i will be kicking you into the pool along with Julie?  I don't kick. Must I remind who was kicking kids and animals? Huh? Do I?? |

I will introduce meself; I got back into triing in 2006, I needed to loose the weight I gained from my twin pregnancy plus I had did a tri back in 1997 and really wanted to do another. So here I am doing another challenge because it keeps me honest. I would love to do longer distances some day when I am not needed so much, it is nice to be needed! I choose running as my super power since I need to work on that the most. Super-friends lets rock this challenge! Nancy |

nice job on the weight loss Rudy! kiu! was last weekend your very first tri??? No, i did two Tri's last year in September, this past weekend was a Duathlon, it was my first.
