Cute! But when they sang "chime", why did they use the little party favor whistler thingy?? Ha! sorry, I don't know what your getting at there. Maybe my mind doesn't wander in the same direction as yours.  Just found it kind of funny that when the song came to the part regarding "chime", it zoomed in to the little party favor thingy that you blow and it makes a "wheeeeeee" sound (well, that's the best I can describe it) and it unrolls the paper. Like the following picture, but it's NOT a chime, ya know:
