One question about that girl in the picture earlier. Do you really think she rides in those shorts? I mean that looks really uncomfortable. There's a girl in my spin class who wears a Thong and I'm like "Doesn't that hurt?" Not to her face of course... She turns up to a public gym in just a thong??? WOW... I didnt know that was even allowed!!! NO! She wears a thong under her shorts, but as I usually take one of the back-row bikes and she's on the row in-front, I get a good view the whole time. But considering I still wear an old pair of trishorts (covered by gymshorts because the old trishorts, while padded are quite revealing), I can't imagine how uncomfortable it must be to wear a thong on a bike for an hour. haha ok... having been in changerooms atthegym I can say MOST women wear a thing at the gym.... its the whole VPL issue under leggings... Of course I prefer just using the same method as one uses under bike shorts... That is just a cruel tease. The thong was alright because we don't know her but now you throw us that fastball and bam Im not teasing.... you cant see it! If you were HERE and I was telling you about or making you look... that would be teasing! hmmm messing with your mind perhaps.... because at the gym now you are going to be wondering who is wearing what (or not wearing what) |

Others I just don't care what they are wearing - just thankful they have clothes on Oh yeah - you would really have to make me look - LOL (that is too funny!) Well i dont spend my time at thegym trying to work out peoples underwear preference... I do sometimes wonder what some would look like with shaved legs! |

![]() | ![]() Since we're an educational Thread each day. I just wanted to bring-up that the Isle of Mann is home to the following: -Mark Cavendish (he rides a bike or something) -Bee Gees (I did not know that. But that explains the high-pitched singing) -Nigel Mansell (F1 driver, Indy Car World Champ) -Norman Wisdom (whose movies outsold Sean Connery's James Bond from 1955-1966) While Cheshire (Home to 4everblue) is home to: -Cheshire Cheese -Gary Barlow (frontman for Take That) -Daniel Craig (new James Bond- my wife's favorite) -Wayne Rooney (guy who cost Britain the spot in the finals of the World Cup a few years ago because he stomped some Portuguese players bollocks, and Man U futbol player) -Lewis Caroll (writer of Alice in Wonderland) And the winner is... Cheshire!!! |

![]() | ![]() wgraves7582 - 2009-07-16 9:14 AM 5000 calories burned on a flat stage 7000 calories burned on a mountain stage. I cannot imagine eating enough food daily to keep the fuel flowing - no wonder they are all 150 pounds The heavy ones are 150... Dean Karnazes (ultra marathoner) eats McDonalds and Pizza and drinks milkshakes all day to get enough calories. Can they take straight glucose by IV while they're sleeping or would that be considered doping? |

Dean Karnazes (ultra marathoner) eats McDonalds and Pizza and drinks milkshakes all day to get enough calories. Can they take straight glucose by IV while they're sleeping or would that be considered doping? I cannot imagine dropping 40 pounds off my current frame but if it would make me fast like them then maybe I could push the issue. My family would think I went anorexic or something. While not an exact calculation, I find that I get one mph of sustained speed per 5 lbs lost. If I was somehow able to get to Sastre's weight, I'd go 38 mph sustained... My quick calculations are 1 min off my 5 K time per 5-7 lbs. When I wrestled at 157lbs in college, I ran a 19:09 5K. Then again, that was 14 years ago. |
