Surviving... last summer I had my ACL replaced and switched jobs... I've been trying to participate in the challenges, but with limited internet time and crazy schedules with work and chasing kids around, it's gotten a little rough to find the time (and energy) to work out.

Yes I do!  I have been forced to adjust my schedule so I am going to have more time to chat, and also the need to as well.

I suppose that means I can train more as well.

I'm hopeful that soon (sometime in the next year) I will land a position of higher management that will allow me a little bit of a different schedule (less evenings and weekends).  Esp being as that we just bought a travel trailer (it's really just a mobile hotel for tri's - but shh!  don't tell the hubby that!!)

Speaking of crazy schedules...
I've got to get to work for 8am tomorrow (Easter Egg Hunt in the snow - joy!!)
And I've still got to stuff party bags for kiddo's b-day party tomorrow (oldest is turning SEVEN!!!)
And I've got to figure out if I need to make a grocery list for Sunday or reservations??????

That will be nice.  I have worked shift work for the last 10 years of law enforcement on the road.  Up untill about 4 or 5 months ago when I was promoted to detective.  Now I have just been working all the time.  Now I am taking some time off and when I go back I will be doing mostly daytime stuff.

The travel trailer is going to be great for tri's.  You will save a ton of money and hopefully be able to do more races/family trips.

I've got another 176 hours of "use or loose" this year and my manager is on maternity leave

My plan is to try and take every Friday off starting in June.  We'll see if this works.
