wgraves7582 - 2010-05-03 1:05 PM I might make 11K this month - next month will be 0 posts - do you believe it?  Or limited!

So are you going to have BT withdrawals next month? Do we need to notify medical staff and have them on hand?

I will be alright - I have to worry about biking 1700 miles.  I will check in whenever access allows it - LOL

Sorry if I missed it before...but what's causing the 1700 miles?  Must be some type of tour...sounds like fun...I think...

Bill will be riding part of the undergroung railroad.

Good morning all,
Got an hour long trainer ride in this morning.  Training plan called for slow, steady effort in the small chainring, so I caught up on a couple episodes of The Soup.  Off to the Y at lunch for a 30-40 minute run... outside or on the treadmill will depend on the weather.  We may get some rain.

We opened our pool yesterday... It's a lovely shade of blackish-green.  Hopefully we can get it all cleaned up within a week and the weather stays warm.  The kids are driving us crazy with the constant "when can we go swimming?" questions.  Have a great day all.

Good morning!

Looks like a pretty light week for me. I'm a little stiff from the weekend and have another race Saturday. Probably a couple easy workouts, but nothing special.

Morning everyone.

I've got a 10k run to get in tonight.  I'm supposed to be doing 200m hill intervals on the trail (16 of them, ouch) with my running club but I can't make it tonight.  So I will just have to put myself into pain all on my own.  I'm actually a little sore from my runs this weekend so maybe it's a good thing I can run solo and pull back if I need to.

It looks like my timing is off with this group. People are online and posting before I can get online. Then when I can get online, everyone has signed off and going about their day. So to those that are still online GOOD MORNING! for those that are gone and will be back this afternoon, I hope you've had a good day.

I don't know if I will be online this evening. Not even sure if I will be able to sneak in a workout.  We have people coming by for dinner this evening and I need to get things ready. If they don't stay too late I will head out for a run. Its been a couple of weeks and I'm missing it. I'm actually pining away for those late night runs on a snowy evening from a few months back.

Hey Bill. Do you think we can catch up with the ladies posts today? They're only 22 ahead at the moment and they don't do a lot of posting during the day.

I doubt it - My boss is back from maternity leave and one of our salesmen thinks he can tell us how to do our job!

The boss is back so now the salesmen think they can run the show? That sounds strange. I would have thought the salesmen would be trying to run things when the boss was away.

This guy is just a putz no matter what - not a good salesman so all hell breaks lose when he actually closes a deal - has to be done tomorrow - LOL

That sounds familiar. We had a guy that took over 18 months to make his first sale, then he started promising the world without allowing the time or covering the expenses to do it. I wonder what he is doing these days?

I know its kind of early in the month but I'm bored so I went to see how we're doing in the challenge this month. First, we're not too far behind in the posting challenge so good work on that guys. In the official challenge, we have the ladies in goal 1 & 2 and, most importantly, overall. Let's keep good work guys!

I noticed them yesterday - that is a lot - good thing they don't represent anything other than time spent posting useless info on BT - LOL

I know they are not a race representation or knowledge

Yeah, I would be in trouble if the stars actually meant something. I'd never have any.

Hey Bill. If I hurry and go post happy, I could actually catch up with you so we would have the same number of stars. It wouldn't last for long and you're also a more proficient poster than I am so it probably won't happen.
