Pro 9391 Omaha, NE | Subject: RE: Hilary and the FBI Announcement Originally posted by Rogillio Originally posted by tuwood 650,000 / 365 days a year / 10 years = 178 emails a day, 7 day a week for 10 years!! This is not one person's email IMO account. I heard on the news they were using special s/w to find duplicate emails from what they have and it's a relatively quick process. But then once you find the new one you have to have person read it and determine if it contains classified info. Originally posted by Rogillio Where did the number 650,000 email come from? Certainly not in Comey's statement. Maybe from the warrant? I heard and FBI guy say if/when they get a warrant it always gets leaked. Presumably because the FBI has to go to the DOJ and too many people are in the process and it's hard to keep that many mouths shut. So if Comey had not said anything and just let things proceed it would come out that FBI just got a warrant to search emails related to Clinton...... The 650k number came from one of the mainstream news articles who had "insider info". I can't remember which one it was, but it was a major one like NYT, NBC, CNN, etc. **edit** also, the 650k number is likely all the emails on the machine which includes spam and others. Being a Weiner laptop there's likely 500k of porn spam emails. hah My work email address has been running for 7 and a half years and I just checked the mail logs. I averaged 762 emails per day for the past 7 days. Of those on average I got about 150 legit emails per day which includes our internal automated stuff that's maybe 50 a day and the rest are caught with the spam filter. In other words, it's easy to get a LOT of emails over time even if you only send/receive 10-20 typed out emails per day which is probably a normal day for me. I do know from previous reports that Platte River Networks set up a hosted exchange server for the Clintons and ran Microsoft Exchange on it. My company does exactly the same thing they do so I'm pretty familiar with the setup. All that being said, the 650k number isn't surprising because it's likely 550k of spam and then the rest is probably spread across more than one mailbox. |

The gist of it is that this is a lot bigger than just the server and emails. RCP has an article and Fox is reporting it so here goes: 1. The Clinton Foundation investigation is far more expansive than anybody has reported so far and has been going on for more than a year. |

Like I said, does anyone really think Comey did this to simply influence the election?? That's ridiculously beyond comment. I say HELL YEAH to the men and women of the FBI who pushed until this information had to be put forward, regardless of all attempts to keep it under wraps by the current administration through the DOJ. And you're damn right this administration is to blame for politicizing the DOJ, starting with Holder. It's an absolute joke and has been for the duration of President Obama's tenure. Is there anyone out there who thinks we would all be better served with a President elect who was going to face indictment and impeachment because of it? Goodbye and good riddance to the Clintons is my take.....they are everything that is wrong with American politics. |

I'm glad to be proven right through Wikileaks and the hard work at the FBI. There were several reports that during the conference call where Comey announced the re-opening of the investigation that loud cheering could be heard throughout the FBI building. #MAGA baby |

A week before the election is partisan, not patriotic. BULLCHIT !!! This has been politics since the start of this investigation. The men and women who have and are conducting the investigation have been at the mercy of the DOJ since day one. Don't try to tell me how this works. Hell, even at the local level an FBI agent can't sneeze without the blessing of a US attorney. NO SIR.....this is ALL ABOUT the DOJ handcuffing this investigation. But thanks to those field agents and their persistence, and Clinton's own complete carelessness in setting up her own server, the cat's out of the bag now. You absolutely CANNOT blame the FBI investigation for any of this. |

That department has been so politicized that it has no credibility with law enforcement whatsoever. At some point, you just do what's right. I find it comical that people actually think that Comey made the decision not to go forward with charges on his own in July. That's just laughable. The rank and file investigators at the FBI have been beside themselves that no charges are being filed. Dude, these are career law enforcement pros.......they know what a duck looks like. |

You are wanting the Clinton crimes to NOT come out so that she gets elected. I know you're not a huge fan of Hillary, but you're putting ideology ahead of criminality. Where's the limit? As long as somebody supports your ideology how many crimes can they commit before you won't support them? The FBI has been trying for years to put the Clintons in jail, but the corrupt Justice Department under Obama has been putting ideology above criminality. The patriots at the FBI finally had enough and are likely risking their careers and potentially lives to give the American voters the truth about these evil people. I know the talking points response is that they haven't been convicted, but it's very obvious why they haven't been convicted yet. It is probably easier for you to pretend these things aren't happening because the perpetrators share your ideology, but imagine if it were the opposite. If it were Bush or Trump in office committing crime after crime and stacking the deck so they'd never get indicted. Our justice system is what separates us from the third world dictatorships, if we lose control of that then we're all screwed. |

Imagine for a sec that Trump is a cabinet member and the FBI is bringing forward women who accused him of sexual harassment / assault, and reporting it to Congress, and leaking much of it to the press. Nothing proven, no court, no grand jury even, and no indictment. It shouldn't happen either direction from a federal agency. They can and should investigate. But they should keep a lid on it during an election. |
