Go with the Reese's Puffs (shameless subliminal marketing ploy...)

And we all know what goes great with Reese's Puffs...

Is it horrible to admit that this morning when 4 yr old ate last of "Froggie Cereal"  (Honey Smacks)  I was excited, b/c I know the next box to get opened is Lucky Charms (favorite late night snack )

Nope, not at all.  It's not your fault they are magically delicious.

URL? I missed out on this, I think.

hmm maybe you need to spend more time on Nibbs!

Well, I try to not spend a lot of time on the Internet during the weekends. I already spend too much time on it during the week as is.

This was sometime last month... AGES ago... Im surprised yuo missed it... I have NO idea which nibbins thread it would be in...

Maybe if you ask nice Beth will repost?

I admire your decision to spend time away from the net.. I wouldnt do it! I like BT!

Cat, I think you don't it so that you don't get any assignments when you're gone...

Just speaking from experience...I'm pretty sure the kilt/wig/painted toenails assignment all happened while I was AWOL...

Oh my.... two pages to catch up on already!

OK, Sal and I did submit our bios for co-mentoring.  I hope we get approved.  Sal and his cheesecake distribution could be trouble.

Cheesecake distribution...not an issue...cheesecake consumption...different issue...

Heh.  Fortunately you didn't mention that in your bio.  I'm sure Ron will be willing to overlook it.  I used great self-restraint in writing mine and as much as I wanted to write in PINK, I changed it to purple so as not to make any boys askeered.  At least I think I changed it... I tried to change it...

I saw it, it changed.  And there's nothing wrong with purple... perhaps others in Ga might feel differently. (GEAUX TIGERS!!!)  Perhaps you should have used red

Wonder when Ron's going to add more threads.  I think I saw the group I want to be a part of.

If I thought that telling you an apparently hot young lady thinks that you're skinny and incredibly delicious (even/especially after meeting you) would help, I would. But I don't think it will, so I won't.

I'm tired out from this sinus thingy, OTC meds, and not enough sleep.

But I also feel guilty about not being on a hardcore training schedule too.

You ARE on a hardcore training schedule. The true athletes, the wise disciplinarians, know that rest/recovery is essential and the most difficult part of training to master.

Are you really going to eat all of those on your own?  That's a lot of acid... think I feel sick just thinking about it - don't get me wrong I love citrus fruits, but 30+ lbs worth?

Exactly.  The recovery process is what makes you fitter in the long run... whether it's a recovery day, active recovery during a workout or recovering after a race... you know, like a marathon or something .

Well, after feeling good for about a week about my marathon I'm back to feeling CRAPPY about my 'performance'. Ugh. I need drugs.

There are other alternatives that are less damaging on the body...Beth and Mila can fill you in on that one...
