ADDING TEAM LINKS TO YOUR LOG

Start with this:
<a href="LOCATION GOES HERE">NAME GOES HERE</a>

Where it says:
LOCATION GOES HERE
Put the person's log address. This is the http://......info

Where it says:
NAME GOES HERE
Put the person's name.

For example, if I wanted to link to Cat's log, this is what I'd do:

1) Go to her log. Here is her location:
"http://beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/training/index.asp?memberid=20768"

2) So the code would look like this:
<a href="http://beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/training/index.asp?memberid=20768">Super Cat</a>

I have never been sore from swimming - but..................my muscles are crying - OMG!

That's why I had such trouble understanding why I developed tendonitis....

I swam a lot in Sept, but..... I mean, it wasn't THAT much.

My technique must have fallen apart since high school.

Or maybe my body is what's falling apart. LOL
