So we did 3700m tonight. Ya...nice...We did this set of 10x100 on 145 that was supposed to be ladder like speed work...I just did steady pace of around 127s and my HR was 160. Fun...haha...So I decided to take it a bit easy given that for the rest of workout.

8am anatomy is going to be brutal. Just doing a quick attempt at research for my small group tomorrow and then bed time. I really should have been more productive today rather than watching Matt Damon...

Good morning Ghoulies!

I got my run in last night, but I couldn't update my logs or the spreadsheet because we were without power again last night. This time for 3 hours. It went out right after I got back. I had just started dinner and was going to jump in the shower. No shower and I ended up ordering a pizza for us for dinner.

My husband took the kids down the road to his parents to put them to bed. They get their power from a different place so when we lose it, they have it.

I'll catch up on what I missed in a few minutes.

wgraves7582 - 2010-10-22 7:23 AM Speaking of jail sentences - yesterday I applied for a job with a major bike distributor that would require relocation.

If you have to suffer you might as well suffer with something you love!

Good morning, Bill.

If you got the job, where would you be relocating to?

She gave me permission to apply with this company and then we would discuss it if I happen to even get an interview.

Good for you.

It is pretty funny when you justify relocation in your cover letter by the bikers that work at this company and the races that they are involved with.

We shall see - doesn't hurt to apply and it was free LOL

I've always been told it's good to stand out from the rest of the pack. That should do it.

My sister and her family adopted a greyhound almost 2 years ago. She is very involved with their rescue group. She asked me what size cycling jersey I wear which made me curious. Her greyhound organization is having custom jerseys made, and if they can get 10 people to order they are $59 a piece. If they don't have 10 they are $149 a piece. My sister is getting me the jersey for Christmas so they have 10 for their order. Thanks sis!

Hi. I got dressed and went to lie down again. For the record, Alaska is a bit cold. Somewhere like the area surrounding Vancouver might be less cold with snow--that would be ideal for snow biking in my book...

I actually think the Olympics was a complete fluke. You could head east vs north out of Van and would hit snow too. Olympics was more north. Either way, there is usually snow. Haha.
