Which means someone must have thought they were stealing the DVD's and to their surprise, when they got home the cases were empty. That said, you probably don't want to push yourself too hard during the flareups. (Because your body is already using energy and fighting to get better.) But if you're feeling ok, I'd think it would be all right to swim. What did you doctor say about this? In terms of exercise... umm watch yuor fatigue levels and listen to your body.. dont push it hard if yuo are flaring... apart from that no major worries. |
