I had a really carpy wralk today - blech

Slugger - 2008-12-11 5:57 AM Morning! Flask: about to buy one this weekend. Lexan, of course, to save weight. This is, after all, a backpacking special. Cooking: Totally loving cooking for myself. I get to eat whatever the HE!! I want!!! My wonderful and adventurous - no, wait, lemme try that again: my wonderful and adventurous (better) - former spouse was a meat and starch girl. As in, hunk of meat, side of potato or bread. Generally both were fried. We had a LOT of meals that involved preheat oven, open freezer, dump contents onto baking sheet, set timer for 20 minutes, pour ketchup all over, consume. Yum. I mean, Yum. So now, I get to be all adventurous and try fun things. I open my cabinet and start dumping and see what happens. I'm learning how to do that - I've always been able to follow the most complicated recipe, but ask me to dump out the fridge and I'm lost. I'm getting pretty good at it, though! Why I run (we're going in reverse order): to lose weight, to be able to eat what I want, to look ripped. Only then, I found out I like it, and I do it for fun (most of the time)! Think that's it. BT was down most of the night (WTF???????????), so I'm doing a speedy catch-up. Ta!

For a country in drought its rained an awful lot this year... I dont remember it raining this much since i moved here! Its meant to be a SHOCKING hot day tomorrow though so I would definatley prefer the cool and rain to the humidity and HEAT! (will be over 100F tomorrow apparently)
