Duathlons are going to be won always by people who can run like the wind. I can't. So what's the point of banging your head against the wall? Hey Spokes, I think you've finally convinced yourself of something! I don't care how slow I swim, I'll do tri's until I can't do any of the individual sports. I totally agree with this. i know at 40 I'm not going to be competitive but then again I'm not trying to be. I'm in it to win it and winning to me is starting and finishing each event that i enter. The main byproduct is that I get healthier and in better shape. |
