So.... that means you aren't going to push it too hard right now, right?

In other words - it's only a challenge, Cat. We can revise your goals. Or if it's really bad, you can withdraw this month. (There will be other months and other challenges, you know. In fact, you're going to be organizing a few of them, I think! LOL)

That said, you don't need to do anything yet. You can wait and see how you feel. There's plenty of time to decide what you want to do. (In other words, this should not be a source of "stress" to you!)

How is your computer doing now? Are you still getting the dreaded "blue screen of death"?

It's 11 PM???????? Where did the evening go? I have SOOOOO much work to do yet! (And I need to be at work at 8 AM.) AHHHHHHHH! Ok, I think I need to go do something (besides play on BT). LOL

Plus, comeandgetit still needs to go out. Nite Nibbs! See you tomorrow! (Maybe. Work is going to be crazy this week....)

Work: noun Pronunciation: \'werk
1. Activity that interferes with training time.
2. Activity that interferes with BT time.
Example: I have lots of work tomorrow, so I may not get to play on BT much."

Yeah, figured it was a new year, and time to start from scratch.

I'm sure plenty of "sig opportunities" will arise! LOL

Funny how they have everything under the sun, but not Personal Training. Probably log it as Misc. and add a note.

Ive seen people log it as aerobics, as strength or as a mixture of strength and running depending on the make up of the session....

I guess if you are teaching, at least yuo know everything in the session!

Good morning, Nibbs!

Got my longest run since the HIM on tap today. Gonna do the same route I tried back in November, but had to cut short due to pain. Keep your fingers crossed for me! Cat, glad you are feeling better. Yes, back down your goal! Less yardage is a simple sacrifice to stay in remission. You can ramp it up again next month. Dee, hope work stays at work and you get it all done. Beth, hope you hear some good news from the recruiter. Yanti, your blog is so much better than HBO! Happy Monday!

Good luck!

Well guys, I did it! I "ran" for over three miles straight, no walking, and no pain! Yay! I think I am officially healed. I am very, very slow, but the important thing is I am pain-free. Hopefully I still will be pain-free in the morning.

Good morning/afternoon whatever everyone.

I'm doing a little experiment this month, which is to swap out runs with more bike/drainer time. I feel like I just haven't been getting the speed work I need with shorter runs. Coach says swapping out shorter runs for fast rides is fine as long as I do a long run each week.

i thought experiments were supposed to include chemicals and stuff
