abud7373 - 2008-01-30 12:26 AM Do you have Trader Joes? An organic, health food type market? Well, anyway. It is the two buck chuck. Charles Shaw is the brand. Chardonnay. It is $2.00/bottle. It was voted best wine under $20.00. People buy it by the case. I have not gotten quite that bad. Just a few bottles at a time.

oh, we're getting a Trader Joes

oh wait, I won't be here - I wonder if they have them in PA?

LOL - would it be cheaper by the case?

Beth, there are 2 or 3 Trader Joe's around Philadelphia, NW corner.  There are probably more now, but I know of 2 of them.  We have them Jersey too!  Philly also has Rice's Market http://www.ricesmarket.com/

color="#990099">I love going there.  Maybe we can meet there sometime

That would be awesome!

notarunnr - 2008-01-30 10:28 PM Hey Amy we are running together again!  Karen is on our team also and Kristen is our captain.  Julie, Beth, Frank and Lyssa  our are competitors!

Yay! Woohoo but there's a Booo too -   We have to run against Julie Beth Frank and Lyssa...

I have a 4 mile run planned for tonite, and in honor of the event as my last run as a Twisted Blister Sister I promise to blast "We're not gonna take it" on that big hill at the end REALLY REALLY loud...It's been a really fun month, I only wish I could have kept up with all the great posts.

Karen you are such a huge TWISTED sister! love the song you picked...will have to save that for my  future climax to runs.....hehe

We may be running against each other in next months challenge....but once a blister always a blister!

Sorry I swam today...no runnie for me! but I am there in spirit! way to go girl!

notarunnr - 2008-01-29 10:59 AM I gotta sign off an do some work. I am having Amy's problem...trying to leave inspires using the team box and I keep getting booted off. I will sign on tonight and see who is around.

I had that problem too, but find that if I go into the computer control panel and clear history and delete all offline files...not only does it speed up my computer, but quits booting me off....love the picture...crack me up! have a great day girl....keep up your workouts -but no overdoing it! no set backs!

Julie, How do you do this?, I can't find it in control panel, or maybe because I am freeloading and not a paying member. I think this site slows down my computer.....maybe it's time for me to pay up.

I will PM you later tonight...email me if I forget.....it is easy and seems to work for me!

Julie, the very first challenge I ever did was swimming, it forced me into the pool, but one solid month of concentrating on swimming made a HUGE difference...Now, I'm not saying I'm fast, 'cause I think a sea turtle could probably out pace me, but I know I'm not gonna drown!   If I can do it - I KNOW you can! You have a great attitude
