I saw one place. Good location, it was a classic brownstone floor-through so I would have the whole floor in a 25x40 ft brownstone minus the stairs, so about 900 sq ft. It was bigger than I would expect but the kitchen and bathroom were OLD school. It's a brokers fee place so I'm leaving it to chance. If it's still free in a few weeks, I'll consider. It's nice that I'd be 1 of 4 tenants in the building, but there are some drawbacks. It was just good to get out and get the search started!

I think I'll make a crank call to that number and say that my name is Rev. Rudy Travis and ask if my girlfriend, Lazy Kristin, came by looking at the place.  Then I'll make up a bunch of shat, like when they ask why I said "lazy" I'll say something about you not getting to work on time and stuff like that.  I'll be a good reference.
