No, a little taper boredom though. My volume is staying largely the same on weekdays but the intensity is way down. I almost fell asleep during my ride tonight!
Did you put a pillow on the aero bars?
Even worse. I shipped my Cervelo to NO already so I did this on my crappy old road bike. Horrible!
Good morning, peeps! Another beautiful day here in the northeast. The sun is already shining, and it is a balmy 29 degrees. So what if my hair froze after swimming?
serendipity - 2009-03-24 10:17 PM Since you think we need more pics, here is my DD. It annoys me that she looks so good in a swim cap, while I look like an alien.
Swam 650 yards this morning to get my peach. I almost talked myself out of it (warm bed, cold outside, tired, etc.), but I am too OCD to miss a workout. I am neurotic, but at least I can make it work for me.

I've nodded off while riding a couple of times. Then I wake up right before my head hits the handle bars. A pillow might not be a bad idea.

Gorgeous. You are a brave mommy letting her go overseas by herself. My daughter went to Montreal last year with her French class and I was a nervous wreck the whole time. (Of course she was fine and spending all her money in the mall.)
Yeah. Who sends their kids to France? That's punishment.

i know! she's very responsible though - so i don't worry too much
my son on the other hand..............ugh, grrrr
trying my patience......
Sons. Mine is only 5, drives me crazy every day. My advice to anyone who wants kids - don't have a girl then wait ten years and have a boy. It's hard to deal with teenage angst when you've got to one eye out for inappropriate things being flushed down the toilet.
disturbed275 - 2009-03-24 8:57 PM I visit my sister once or twice a year. She has two boys, 6 and 8, and a 3 yr old girl. Spending a week in that house is a great form of birth control
