well, non-internet things are so fast and smoooooth now, it's ridiculous.  I've had SSD's in my home machine for a couple of years now, but not in my work machine.   Doing routine tasks is a breeze.  I literally cannot go get coffee before my machine is fully booted up.  Twenty seconds from power on to it being ready to log in.

That's like Apple-fast...HA!

Alright!  I gotta don my spandex and ride up the hill to my apartment.

I'm back in Austin... Tons of hills...

My ride home is 1790 feet of climbing. My ride to work is 900 feet uphill. How? Lots and lots of hills.

OK, I have been in Austin and can believe that.  We get tons of climbing in while in Iowa.  They say it is flat, but they have never ridden on the old county paved roads that are nothing but a lot of hills.

I need entertainment at 5am and working for the man before I need the depressing news of the day.

I listen to NPR on the drive to work err'day. 

My drive is 12 mins to work in the morning and I fill it with fast music to wake me up and get me going for the day. I have to be on the phone with my A game right at 5am. No time for coffee to kick in or a waking up period.

Working on full time job, then played music for 4 hours, checked email and TAN, posted went to bed.  Got up a 3:00 a.m. because of our wonderful dog, couldn't go back to sleep, so I came into work.  I haven't touched metal art since last Sunday when I started on a special Penny Farthing design.

I want to see a farting penny.....

You don't know any women named Penny??  I know of two and I would definitely say that I would not want to see either of them farting.

You're making a sculpture out of farthings?  Do they still make those?  I thought they weren't in circulation any more.

For you weather challenged: It is 63 degrees here and on it's way to being a nice sunny day.  Shorts and tank tops weather or for Cheri perfect suit weather.  Even the humidity is fairly low for FL.

I vote for now!  Go get a caramel macchiato.
