yep it would be a big move too - I think they'd be fine, it would affect my youngest the most - it will need to be a pretty good offer to make the change

Make sure they include your relo, but I'm sure you know that.  You might be surprised about your youngest.  Though we never moved when I was young I went to a total of three different elementaries (one in two different cycles) and two different high schools.  I never switched in the middle of the year, but I didn't have a problem when I did.

I think perhaps if it was me, I'd try to look at the big picture of pro's and con's for children's opportunities.

I don't envy you, I'm sure it'll be a big decision to make.

The recruiter I'm working with is REALLY good - he is including stuff I never would have thought of, like shipping my car

and you are absolutely right about the kids - I moved nine times b4 I was 15, my youngest is actually at a pretty good age to move

oh, that's quite drive, and I would guess that's somewhat dependent on traffic as well
