Oh - amongst other things, I decided to volunteer for the Nautica New York City Triathlon in a little over a week so I could be guaranteed to get in and do it next year.  I'm not sure what I was thinking but at least I now have a very big goal over the winter.

Since I'm there all day, I just have to figure out how I can mess with Rudy when he comes...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I wish I could come watch the Nautica New York City Triathlon. I am away that weekend. Being a former NYC resident I have reservations about swimming in the Hudson River in the city, I don't know if I'd ever want to do that.

Wait... They're going to swim in the Hudson? Uh, what about the current?

I had a friend who went scuba diving in there once.

Notice I said "once." He said he hung onto the anchor line, and felt like a flag blowing in the wind.

I'm wogging. Does that count? LOL

Also, I'm doing some "biking" on a stationary bike, for the TdF challenge.

I *wish* I could do some swimming, but I don't have access to a pool (or lake, etc) right now.

Yeah!!!!Yeah!!!!Yeah!!!! Cat!!!

I had my 1 Mile OWS yesterday.

This morning I went and watched Rudy's Tri. He did great! Everyone was cheering for him so he was easy to spot. I took some photos of him running. I'll post some later if Rudy OKs it.

Then I went for a bike ride this morning.
