 Good morning Ghoulies!

This was my morning to turn off the alarm and stay in bed a little longer. I will run in the dark, in the cold, in the heat, in the snow, and in light showers,  but torrential downpours with lighting involved warrant postponing the run until later.

There are a lot of things I would like to say, comments I could make on here, but I refrain. None of it would ever be said with malice, but I don't want anyone to take anything the wrong way and be upset.

Even in the real world, I refrain from expressing much of what comes through my mind. The people around here are too narrow minded and too stuck inside the box to understand.

In Ann's world there is no thinking inside the box.

I bet it's still in there somewhere. It just passed out and has a hell of a hangover.

You are probably right because occasionally it wakes up and has moments of brilliance.  But then I think it rolls over passes back out.

I've heard the best cure for a hangover is a beer. You should go test that theory.

This made me giggle.

Same storm hit here this morning.  I did get up, however, and go to yoga.  It's a weird class called zero gravity yoga.  Lots of inversions.  Not one to take if you have a hangover.  I am still slightly light headed and I only drank water last night.
