A big shout out to Peggy who got 1st AG in her tri in Florida over the weekend in spite of horrible Florida heat!!  Proof that hard work pays off!

And another to Tammy Tucker who got 1st AG in a 15 mile bike race!!  We are AWESOME!!! 

Just for the record - on the night of June 18th 2011 my body was taken over by aliens and I just now was able to get free from their evil grasps.  Therefor I cannot be held responsible for any activities that may have taken place on that evening....I don't remember anything cuz my mind and inner spirit was in a sub-coma state state held in liquid nitrogen in a vessel that looked something like a hot tub or gin bottle...not sure exactly.........

Can someone explain how when I finally returned to earth (from the alien capture) that my hot tub was 2/3 full the water was cloudy and I coudn't see that bottom and there were plastic glasses and limes all around the hot tub.....Was this part of the aliens evil plan.....or did Tammy have something to do with this?????  Now that I've learned that she is naughty???  Man you guys need to fill me in what happend while I was captive....Well, maybe not...at least no on here...

I had a blast meeting you MMM'rs!  Obviously this is an elite group of highly trained (and motivated) obscurely advanced athletes who clearly perform well beyond the top 98th percentile of all triathletes in the continental US   Don't forget, what happens in zville stays in zville!!!!

Hi all!  It was great to have you here and to meet some of the women who entertain my husband.  I'm glad I took my guy-friend's advice and stayed at the house for the weekend.  I'm not sure why he thought it sounded like potential for a Girls' Gone Wild episode.  If it weren't for Brad, the weekend would have have had nearly a G rating.  Funny - I thought I knew the guy.  I'm also not clear why Will doesn't think he is in the dog house - I will be using the weekend as leverage for the whole summer if not longer.  I see a convertible in my future after all...  Good luck to everyone with your training and your next tri!

Hilde you're out of control!!!  We had a nice, quite, relaxing evening.  We shared wonderful stories of fame and fortune while basking in the heat of a 99 F luxurious body of water...geez

Hilde that was only a 9 or 10  -- we really go up to 11!!!!!  Something special for another time!! haha  WACO, TX TRI 2012 - we're gunna be there!  This may be our best thread yet..haha...I think if we get everyone together we may be able to piece the evening together!!!  You have the keys to the answer...I knew we should have run to costco to get a third bottle of gin! NOT!!!

So Tammy, what you gunna tell hubby about your legs..haha....inquiring minds wanna know....be creative!

 My left wrist hurts for some reason...my toe on my right foot is missing the skin on the end....ouch...I have chafing around my waist.....on the sides...dunno WTH that's from....I think my wife may have taken advantage of me afterwards....cuz I was so primed for that "stuff" haha.  Oh yeah...my eyes are red and some bruising from YUKING that night..haha...What a wreck!!!  I'm glad someone pulled me off the pool deck after I passed out with my feet in the water..haha...i ended up in the lawn chair with a towel thrown over me for warmth...haha....then I think my wife had me go inside to bed....wow...is so NOT clear.  Okay, off to bed now - hopefully to feel 100% tomorrow and return to some workouts....I also have my stress echo tomorrow..I'll let you guys know how it goes!  ROCK ON PEOPLE!!!!
