It's 12:49 PM here. (Although, it was probably noon when you posted that.)

But Cat's probably sleeping. Let's go wake her up. (After all, *we're* here. So she should be, too.)

She's trying to get in the habit of getting up early for workouts anyway.  I'm sure she'd appreciate it if we woke her bright and early.

Good Luck with that.. I had a lot of trouble in the past explaining that the bike was worthy of as much respect as say a computer which I wouldnt dream of leaving outside OR using to hang things of etc.

It is hard... but you can make a great set up in a garage with space for spining/trainer, hang bikes and things - Ive seen it done... although appartment living means Ive never tried it myself!

I think I may have to up my goal, these super powers are awesome! I may have underestimated, last month I had trouble getting all my training in because of school vacation, a sick kid and my sister visiting... If I go over, which I should will it be bonus for the team!

Good morning!

I got up and was at the Y at 6 am to swim, only to find out it was closed for Good Friday.  That really messed up my workout plan for the week!  Went home again and thought about going back to bed, but decided to do some crunches and other core work.  (Can't neglect the peach challenge, even if the thread is less interesting than ours.)

Despite the Y being closed, I'm still happy it's Friday.  Long, long week.  Can't wait until it's over.

If I waited until 5pm I would have way too many hours to talk myself out of it.  I like working out in the morning, before I have time to think about.

And you know what? I am VERY much OK with this.... Because the more people who work out at 5 AM -- the fewer people who will be in the gym with me at 5 PM.
