Subject: RE: 30 runs in 30 days - who's with us?#82 Been having some muscle cramping lately. Had a groin issue last night that woke me up, not sure if it is just me, but that is one of the toughest to work out. No stretch I can do reasonably in bed works. My calves were locking up during my swim session, and I even had a bit of a hamstring cramp. As I limped out of the pool, I wondered how I would run. 6 miles later, a little stretching, and all is fine. Not sure if it was electrolytes, hydration, or what, but my legs actually feel better after running than before. |
