exactly. I know lack of sleep is a big trigger for me. Not only do I over eat but I do not work out as much if at all so its a double wammy.
After new years my #1 goal is to lose weight no mater the cost. In other words if pure weight lifting will do it with my diet then that is what I will do. Weight lose will give me the speed and endurance I need. At this point I will be happy to run with people again by mid april. Then I will worry about endurance and such.
