Just checking in.  I have no idea what's on tap for today, except that I will NOT be battling aggressive Moms at Wal Mart for "the deal of the century" Christmas gifts!

I am planning on another good trainer workout though.  Nearly 3 hours yesterday, and my a$$ seems to have survived intact. 

Morning Max!  Ha!  'Aggresive Moms.'  Would that be a 'hasty' generalization?  I know at least 1 MALE friend that CAMPED OUT at Best Buy in a cot to snag some bargains this morning.  Cindy and I have done the early morning thing in the past, and have been pretty disappointed with the sales.  Never enough there, and never as great of a bargain as thought.  We don't do the early morning day after Thanksgiving thing anymore.

Off to a bad start this morning...a bowl of Cheerios and THREE mint bars.  Got some trim to paint and put around doors and windows in the new bedroom, so I'll be off-line most of the day.  Hope to get a 4.5 mile run in later in the afternoon...

Ha...the 'bad' start continues...double post...

The stars are not aligned in my favor.  The day was off to a good start with a rockin' endurance ride but then, for the first time ever I couldn't get a lane in the fancy gym's pool... three people waiting and at least a couple in each lane.  Soooo, no worries, went to get my nails done and they were so busy I have to go back later.  WTF?  Don't all the soccer moms know they are supposed to get their nails done BEFORE Thanksgiving for optimum primp-a-tization?  OK, fine, so I'll walk next door and swim... except that at the "other" gym, there is no towel service and it's BYOL (bring your own lock)... and I am towel-less and lockless.  *SIGH*

I'll try again later.  Or maybe I'll just hang out and eat leftovers with my tacky looking fingers whilest mocking my training plan .

Ooohh... sleeping in until 11?  I'm so jealous.  I slept until 8:45 or something yesterday and thought that was really living it up .

No worries on the training plan.  I have one but I'm not any sort of athlete.  Plus, Sal will post something questioning my ability to follow a training plan anyway .

LOL - maybe he won't see the post - he said he was going to be off line most of the day

I'm kind of irritated with my last manicure - I got it on a Thursday (the night b4 my big trip) and it was already chipping by Monday

I'm sure it's because my nails are dried out - I wonder if it's all of the time in the pool - probably
