Duathlons are going to be won always by people who can run like the wind. I can't. So what's the point of banging your head against the wall? Hey Spokes, I think you've finally convinced yourself of something! I don't care how slow I swim, I'll do tri's until I can't do any of the individual sports. Word Donto! My first open water swim, I hung out and chatted with one of the lifeguards while I was hanging on the float waiting to catch my breath. NOTHING can be more humiliating than that. But we just keep on keeping on...  Who did you get as your mentor? medic? want me to have a word about getting you going for an Oly in June? LOL Go ahead. Alright, Dee! You rock! |
