LOLOL you guys make me laugh! a couple of years ago I just stopped, it was weird, there was no real reason to, I just did - I had cut the majority of my caffiene consumption out years and years ago I used to drink a lot of caffiene and had a lot of headaches, I read in a prevention magazine that often times headaches are caused by dehydration (especially in women) the article recommended drinking 8 - 10 glasses of water a day and eliminating caffeine - slowly by surely I did and I'm happy to say I hardly ever have headaches anymore - it's actually worked for more than 15 years |
