Sal, what horrible hour do you get up every morning.  I'm on the east coast but you usually beat me to BT.  Or do you postwalk (sleepwalk) everynight?

Scott, that means you are in shape and need to do harder workouts.  20 miles on the drainer, i would be a wet puddle on the floor.

Okay, think I got everyone who posted after I left last night.  I'll be in and out of meetings all day today. 9am, 1pm, 2pm, then hit the pool baby.
