We had an interesting day. Our Youth Pastor's wife had some preventative female surgery done last week and came down with a bad infection and was rushed back to the emergency room yesterday. We had 2 of their 4 kids with us for most of the day but it was all good. I actually went for a short 30 mile ride before dinner and was it cold and windy. Felt like winter out there Supposed to be a great week this week though so I see lot's of bike mileage, some running, and doubtful on the swimming Billllllllllllllllllllll. Do I need to remind you, hmmmmm? 3 separate posts? BTW - I hope your Youth Pastor's wife is okay. That didn't sound good at all. I hope she's doing fine now. They are doing pre-cancer preventative stuff because of her family risk. Now she has the option of br**st removal also along what they did last week. That just cannot be much fun. If you guys could keep her and the family in your thoughts I am sure they would appreciate it. On top of it all - they are attempting to adopt 2 foster children as well. Oh Bill........I will send along a prayer. Know what? It does not matter to me that I am a slow BOP'er......I am healthy enough to do this and that is priceless............ |

It's a short one so I think I'll add some drills and easy stuff to get some more time in. I want to learn to breathe on my right and figured I better get cracking on that so I can be bilateral by summer. Percentage wise I'm behind on my goal due to my rest week, but I should be able to make it all up no problem. |
