OI. my wetsuit arrived and im gonna take her for a test spin at the Y today. im thinking its gonna be pretty hilarious trying to get the damn thing on first off. ive heard they can feel very restricting the first few times. hopefully i wont feel like a panic attack waiting to happen when im in the water. our CTO w the tri club has the same suit and he really recommeneded it. says he's superfly fast in it...has PRed in it time and time again. course he's superfly in and OUT of the suit, not sure its gonna make all that difference on me. but a girl can dream cant she. im hoping that i can get in my full workout in the thing, but its just too uncomfortable to do the entire swim, im wearing my regular suit underneath. wish me&my suit luck GHOULIES. mwah! stacieb Don't know if you have been warned but bring a lot of water with you. I have heard of people overheating because of the pool water temp and the wetsuit insulating factor as well. Just a friendly warning to my salty banana paleo diet Queen oh yeah. I've got about an 80 mile drive to make and there's a delightful winter storm full of freezing rain and other fun moving in. I'm trying to decide if I should leave this afternoon or tomorrow as planned. Be careful driving. If you can leave early that may be your best bet. |
