I'll tell my scary story now, since Kim told hers yesterday.

Before we were married my husband lived in a trailer on the property he owned. Being the good little boy, he didn't think it was right to live together before we were married. The wedding date was set for August, but that summer I lived in his place, and he lived down the road at his parents.

We had 2 dogs that I let in the house with me at night. They both slept by the bed. The back door was maybe 8' from my bed.

One night while it was raining I heard 3 loud taps on the bedroom window. Both dogs were up instantly and going nuts. They were growling, barking, hair was standing up. My German Shepherd actually jumped on the bed to get to the window. My smaller dog was at the bag door clawing to get out. This was about 12:30 at night. I called down the road and made my soon to be husband come up. He brought his dad along and they looked all around outside and said they didn't see any footsteps and they told me I was imagining things. My soon to be husband spent the rest of the night up there with me.

I know it wasn't a ghost. I'm more concerned it was a person. But I never heard a noise like that again, and that was the only time the dogs ever acted like that.

The beginning part that I got through was very interesting. I was fading fast though so by the end I wasn't remembering most of what I read.

We've never had a thread 4 before. I think on our first anniversary it would be cool.

I really let my swimming slide this year. I was doing well until about May, then I hit a wall.

Melissa is trying to single handedly catch up to us over there. Yeah... not going to happen.

I need some new music for my ipod.

I'm only here half a day tomorrow. Since I'm heading to DC tomorrow evening I'm going to work half a day then surprise my daughter in her classroom in the afternoon. They are having a party with different activities going on and they invited parents to come in and participate and help.
