Hey y'all ... some not so good news ... was feeling right shyte this morning so I went to the clinic and wound up being admitted for the day. Just got back.

Typhoid is back full-force. I've run out of antibiotic groups to take but perhaps a different or stronger one from one of the same groups might work. Waiting for results of blood culture to see if there's anything at all left that maybe maybe I can take. The next few days might really suck.

Yes you are! I always forget that. Not that a hot chick can't be a nerd. You just don't show off.

i'm being asked to come in over the holiday weekend to support my coworkers trial.  never mind that this same coworker did NONE of the (2 simple) tasks i asked him to do while i was on my honeymoon and my boss didn't run my project as he agreed to while i was home recovering from a freaking miscarriage.

these two winners really think they are going to get me to give up MY HOLIDAY?  bah.  humbug.

does "being asked" mean you can say no?

And if it doesn't, I'd quit. Now. Let them Humbug that.

The fever's hanging at a nice toasty but low 101-ish right now, which is a lot better, and I'm on some pretty wicked painkillers and stomach meds, so I'm not feeling horrendous anymore. Wicked tired, though.

They are calling for a balmy 47 for a high.  The sun is out and the wind is pretty calm so it actually feels pretty darn nice.  How about FL?
