Depends on your employer, and whether you want to burn bridges or not. In the US, two weeks is considered courtesy for most non-management jobs, but some employers will want you to stay on longer to 'hand off' stuff if its of a highly technical nature. Yeah, if I want to quit, I'm supposed to give 4 weeks notice. |
