It's a good kind of sore now that I can lift my arms.  I wasn't loving it much at 5:30 am when I was supposed to be getting out of bed to swim and couldn't move.

15 year old daughter.  That time of the month.  You can try demanding that she share her chocolate.  I'm not that brave.

And my little one would have been sad, which would break my heart.
