He thinks my hip flexor is healed enough to start running again. Just no heavy duty ab or core work. Yay!!!!!! My coaching starts on January 2 so I'm not doing anything other than swimming and biking until then. I figure a few more weeks of rest will be good for the little bit of inflammation that is left. I am excited, but I know those first few runs will be rough stuff. Just thought I'd share the good news. Yay, Pam! That's GREAT news!  (Yes, Nibbs. I am here...) |

Thanks Yanti! I wish tomorrow wasnt his last day as it would be easier if I could have had a bit of notice... I would have just made him cookies or something like that! hmmm Im not sure that asking a guy to get me a gift voucher like that is a good idea.. it might bean he expects to see the purchases... Im sure I can come up with something! How hard can I be to buy for? (I did tell him I wanted the set of harry Potter Books but I know they are expensive in a box set so thats not an option)
