D001 - 2008-10-09 1:18 PM Do we need/want a Nibbs reunion team? We all hang out here anyway. LOL

Very very true... guess it depends on who is running the challenge?

The teams have ALL been pretty chatty lately.

Well you did a great job in September!

speaking of which... I'll need a swift kick in the morning again  I've been trying to get back in morning mode, even going so far as waking up early, grabbing breakfast and brushing the teeth before going back to bed for a few zzzzs.  Trying to learn to love the alarm again.

I know when summer hits in permanently i will need to do that... but right now its just not happening... I figure that will be one way of increasing my exercise without trying though...

It definitely is sooo much easier in the summer.  It was odd going to swim in the morning the other day, then getting back in the car when it was still dark.  When it starts to get dark before I leave work, that's when it gets REALLY hard to work out anytime.

Plus, I'm a cold wimp.  Which makes it hard to get out there when the summer leaves.

Im kind of the other way around... when its light I always feel like I should be OUTSIDE doing stuff or going out and things... when its winter I figure there is nothing else to do

NB: This does NOT apply to mornings.. they are evil all year around!

Learn to love the mornings!

It's when I did my best training.  I just need and even to get closer to motivate me.

That's what I thought, too, but having someone there just makes it that much harder to get out of bed!
