losta - 2009-08-28 1:42 PM What are some of your favourite challenges (besides TdF)?

Umm... boys vs Girls...

Some of the swim challenges have been great....

The peeps challenge was just plain silly....

I love the cycling ones... obviously...

And the ones Dee does with multiple sports are great because everyone can do whatever they like...

If yuo wanted to keep it simple you could do pick a goal any golal (singular)

I build challenges around themes like tasers, marshmallows, etc. Oh wait, maybe that's not what you meant....

I miss the challenges. Hopefully next month I'll be able to get back to them....

I never want to move again! LOL

That wasnt me!!! Im one of the few people who arent seriously into the tricks of post padding!

Then again its not like my post count needs help! Even if I suspect a certain donkey will overtake me soon...

TDF wasnt as lucrative in the posting stakes this year!

"Tricks" of post padding??? Do tell. LOL

I don't purposely post pad. (I may write short posts or just acknowledge a person's comment, but I don't do stuff like submit 20 one-word posts, either.)

I dunno. Phil hasn't been around much lately. His post padding has slowed down quite a bit.

Yeah its the one word type posts that drive me nuts...

I have no issue with comments etc as part of a conversation dont get me wrong... I may have been the person that said 'lol' or similar was an acceptable post...

Its just the massive conversations solo or one words with no apprarent purpose that get me..

Then again with my post count I cant really talk can I?

Hi Supercaties! I had another sprint today, it was fun. Swim was a pool snake swim, I was happy with my cycling, my run still needs work. But I'm working on it. One more sprint next week. How is everyone doing?

Great job on the tri...it does indeed sound like you are hooked.  And, that is a GOOD thing!  What a healthy addiction

I've fallen off the wagon completely...and I have a 50 mile ride week after next and a sprint the week after that.  Gotta get back at it or both of them are going to kick my butt.

Everyone is super quite around here lately...including myself.  I've been lazy on all fronts.  I never even made it out of my PJs yesterday.  Can I use rain as an excuse.  It's been raining for 3 days straight!

We've almost made it thru another Monday...on to the rest of the week!

Happy workouts!

Congratulations!

I'm still dealing with the move and my new job. I did get a short wog in tonight though.

Do what you can with everything else going on... a little semi regularly will make all the difference (advice I should be taking myself with my health the way it is!)

My goal right now is to wog 3x a week. If I can get that in, with everything else going on right now, I'll be happy.

Yes, that's the plan.

That's also why I asked if you were going to run it again this year. If you weren't, then I'd have done it.
