TriAya - 2010-10-29 1:54 PM Fried eggs on fried rice.

Oh, you're reminding of all this tasty food that I've had. There was (might still be there) this little chinese takeout place in the suburbs of London that had the best chinese food I have ever eaten. I would always have special fried rice and sweet and sour pork. I haven't found any place that comes even close to the chinese food we used to get there.

YEr makin me hungry!!! AND I'm out of choc chip cookies!

I will probably get one more bike workout and another run in this weekend, which will put me at 110% of plan...

I realize the cap is 105%, but two workouts is better than 1.

TriAya - 2010-10-29 1:52 PM Diaper cream seems to be helping the itchies a bit.

You keep diaper cream handy?

When one usually cycles enough to have butt rash and saddle sores, one learns to keep diaper cream handy.

I generally build up my miles slowly and haven't run into that problem. Granted I haven't done a century but the 50 milers haven't caused any issues.

I'm not so much hungry as I am ready for a bunch of cocktails!!!  Very stressful week at work and Monday is a big day where we release earnings and supposedly some other big announcements will be made that may affect our lives.  It's going to be a looong weeken!

billsorg - 2010-10-29 1:59 PM It's almost impossible (maybe just plain IMPOSSIBLE) to out-post a team with Bill (the other Bill) on it.

I was on a team with Buffalo Bill earlier this year. It seems like you might have even been part of that challenge. That's when I started balling him Buffalo Bill. Anyway. He did about 2500 posts that month.

I hope a good amt of our team is just a little behind in updating their workouts.  Because when I checked earlier today, I think it was something like 84% to 79% and we weren't the 84%.

Notsomuch the mileage, methinks--I'd get the occasional rash/sore in the U.S. but not hyena butt like here. I think it's the heat and humidity.

That means we're getting a little closer. The thing that scares me is that the Ghoulies don't always keep their spreadsheet up to date and then surprise you at the end when they update everything. We might want to go through out teammates logs and check to see if the spreadsheet is up to date. Especially for those people we haven't heard much from lately.
